Robyn Rihanna, better popularly known as Rihanna in Barbados is a Barbadian artist and performer who has provided us with hit songs like Pon de Replay Umbrella SOS and Take a Bow. In her prime, Rihanna is now one of the most well-known music artists. Born in Barbados and was raised with reggae. As she started singing, she was a professional singer. Because of the chaos in her home and the fights her parents had with each other, she began to pursue music. Soon she decided she was going to make a profession of a performer. In high school, she formed a music group and was invited to audition for Evan Rodgers. The producer was very impressed with the talent of this teenager. He asked the girl to move into New York in order to pursue a full-time career as a performer, something she gladly did. Her debut album quickly was a huge success and was described as an international sensation. Young people were captivated by her songs with a catchy sound that made them tap their feet, and this made her a star in the movie industry. She's now a teen idol and model. Rihanna is also involved with charities and makes use of her popularity to help charities.
